PLEASE HELP ME WITH A RC PLANE?

I want to build a minature turbine engine for a model RC aircraft. I have taken the Boeing 737-400 as the basis of my project. My question is, can I use a lawn mover engine, and use the exhaust as thrust? As in, i would place a regular lawn mover engine inside the engine holder, give it necessary gas, and let it go through the 4 cycle process. At the end the exhaust released will obviously be hotter than the intake, and will contain gas. Adding a small fan at the end, can I get significant amount of thrust from that?
