Can a su 37 beat a f15 and the f22 in a dog fight?

I have always thought since the USSR su 37 has thrust vectoring nozzles at 360 degrees that means it will out manuver a f15 and f22 since the f15 has no thrust vectoring and the f22 only has thrust vectoring nozzles that only go up and down and the su 37 has nozzles that can go in any direction in a 360 degree circle
