Why do i have lower abdominal pains if i don't ejaculate regularly?

i am a guy and i get some sharp pains in the lower abdominal region, specifically to the right and left of my private area, when i DONT ejaculate regulary (like atleast once every two or three weeks). these pains can get pretty severe and stop me from doing daily tasks. but after i ejaculate they go away by the next day. ive tried just ignoring the pain hoping it will go away with time but it seems to only get worse. me and my gf have recently decided to become celebent until merriage with everything, so how do i stop these pains cause im not one to masturbate regularly either.
