Dreaming of babies usually means you are ready for something new in your life (not necessarily a child). Since there was quite an emphasis on work and your boss in there, it would seem to me you are either unhappy in your current job or worried about your job. Your boss being the cashier serving you would mean that you don't hold him/her in very much regard. Maybe start looking for a new job?
