What to do with w32 blaster worm cant access anything?

So, I have the w32 worm and every time i try to open a program it states it is infected with the worm. I downloaded a w32 removal on another computer to a disk but it didnt find it. I did a system restore and didnt work. I cannot open, task manager, internet, virus protection, etc. I am unbelievably frustrated please help.
