How did Regular Show get on Cartoon Network with its content?

Just shows how our society is completely adverse to showing our children inappropriate shows... my daughter is 6 and there is no way I would lether watch it, prolly noteven at 12!!.. they should def move it into a later time slot, Because it is a funny show and I dont want them to remove it.
