How to solve this math word problem?

Working alone, mike can accomplish the entire task in 20 hours. Mike begins work on the task and Mary Beth joins him 3 hours later. Working together they are able to finish the task in 4 hours. How long would it take Mary Beth working alone to complete the task? The answer should be 80/13 but I don't understand how. Thanks
