Got kicked out. How do I pay for a cheap car and college? Help!!?

I am 21 years old and my parents and I got issues between each other. Now I am on my own. I played college football last year but am injured right now. I want to go to another college next spring semester. Going to a community college for this semester. I need help now because I need a car and how do I go about paying for college? Student loans? What do you know about that? How much is a really cheap car? I got $9000 in my bank account and have a job right now. Where ever I go I can get instate tuition. What are some ways I can make it easier to pay for college? How much loans can I get from which ever university I go to? Thank you for the answers. Please give me some helpful answers. This is a big task for me. But I am willing to do whatever it takes because I wantto get a degree and play college football again.
