ITunes wont open on my laptop , help ?

I had the same issue a while back! It was a virus that prevented iTunes from opening, so I recommend that you get your laptop fixed. ALSO, if you get it cleaned tell whoever cleans your laptop to save all your music onto a flash drive so you don't lose all your music.
