Is 7oz too much for an 8 week baby? advice please?

My baby boy is 8 weeksand I just cant seem to fill him, he wants a bottle every 3-4hrs sumtimes sooner and he is having 6 oz then rooting for more, chewing on his hand and bib! he is already on hungry baby formula. I want to start him on baby cereal in a month or so to see if that fills him more comfortably but until then I was wondering if you thought 7oz was too much for his little belly, i just hate seeing him uncontent after his bottle?? xx
