Did I have an early miscarriage?

Hi, I'm 16, my boyfriend is 18. Basically I was sleeping over his house and we were in his room and I wasn't wearing anything at all but he still had his boxers on but his penis was erect. We were having dry sex so were in certain positions like him lying on top of me, me sitting on lap with my legs wrapped round him, and he was putting his penis inside me despite him still wearing his boxers and he was thrusting. I was due on my period about two days after this happened and it never came round, ten days later it did but at an abnormally heavy flow and I have been getting stomach cramps before my period started and I worry that possibly I could have had an early miscarriage. Is this possible? I have also been feeling not hungry, I can't stomach any food, everytime I do I feel sick and its painful to eat therefore I can only manage little bits of food before I have to stop. Please help me, I really want to find out what has happened.
